The Parish Church of ST. MARY'S, Nether Stowey, with ST. PETER & ST. PAUL, Over Stowey

Ours beautiful historical church buildings are normally unlocked from about 9am to 5 pm, and all are welcome to visit, and to offer private prayer.

Each church has a service every Sunday, and there is a mid-week communion in the Church Centre.

For times of services, see the “Quantock Messenger” or the Church Bulletin Sheet, which is available in the church.

Newcomers will always receive a warm welcome at any of our organisations and church services.

Church Activities:

School years 1 and 2: Mini-Crus
6 - 7 pm Thursdays in the Stable Loft

School years 3 to 6: Crusaders
7.00pm till 8.00pm Thursdays in the Church Centre

Teenagers [11-16]: Grapejuice
7 pm Wednesdays at Westfield Church, Bridgwater [contact Hannah Shutt on 732772 for details, including transport]

Wednesday Group
6- 7 pm, church centre, prayer and share

The Loft
7.00pm on Sundays in the Church Centre. Fun and games

Adult Home Groups:
Monday afternoons, Tuesday evenings, Wednesday mornings, Thursday afternoons - usually in term-time only; see Church Bulletin Sheet for details of times and contacts.

Over Stowey has a choir and team of bellringers. Nether Stowey has a worship group.
