Auction of Promises
On Friday 23rd March we will be holding this years Auction of Promises. To make this event the huge success it has been in the past we need you help. We need you to make a promise to the school. Is there something you can do that we can auction? Can you offer an evenings babysitting, a couple of hours of housework or gardening? Do you have surplus seedlings or pond fish? Can you knit, or sew or are you an artist? Do you have a friend or a relative that you could persuade to make a promise? If you can promise it, we will auction it. Last time we raised a fantastic £2667.41. Tickets for the evening will go on sale next week. The ticket price of £5 includes supper and a glass of wine.
Space will be limited due to health and safety regulations so if you do not want to miss out on this enjoyable evening, please get your ticket requests in early. Catalogues of the promises for auction will be available from the school office from Monday 18th March. Lots vary from reflexology sessions, to rounds of golf or swimming sessions, to family days out. Sealed bids will be accepted up until 3.30pm on the day of the auction. Please help, without your continued support life at school will be very different, trips, visits and outings will cost more, up to date resources limited etc.
