At Nether Stowey School we strive to foster a love of Science. Enjoyment and interest allow the children to challenge themselves and develop scientific knowledge and conceptual understanding. Lessons are often practical, encouraging our pupil's inquisitiveness of the World and developing their understanding of the importance of science in our everyday lives. Scientific language is modelled and pupils deepen their understanding of the types of scientific enquiry, applying them to a range of investigations and activities.
